CA Group Complete Assurance Guarantee

The CA Group Complete Assurance Guarantee is a complete system guarantee issued directly by CA Group. It is the market leading full system guarantee, offering genuine, meaningful peace of mind to the developer, building owner or occupier alike. Unlike many other system guarantees CA Group insists on supplying the complete system including all components, meaning that CA Group is uniquely responsible for the performance of the complete building envelope system.

Our Guarantee

This includes all insulation, sealants, fixings, fillers, rooflights, flashings, rainwater goods and all other components. By providing the complete system we are assured of the true performance of all components, working in harmony and as tested to achieve the exacting performance requirements.
All CA Group Complete Assurance Guarantees are for a minimum period of 25 years, with options for extended guarantee periods of 30 or 40 years (as agreed on a project specific basis with CA Group).

CA Group Complete Assurance Guarantee is based on the use of Tata Steel UK Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra^®, Colorcoat Prisma^®, Colorcoat^® PE15, High Reflect, Colorcoat Confidex^® with the external products covered by Colorcoat Confidex^® guarantee.
