Purchase Ledger Administrator

Job Summary / Key Responsibilities:

> Maintenance and control of multiple ledgers, including posting of invoices and credit notes, vendor statement reconciliation, vendor payment runs.

> Support with duties within the wider Accounts Team as and when required.

> Other duties as instructed by line manager.

Knowledge and skills:

> Previous experience in a similar role.

> SAP and Epicor knowledge is desirable.

> Strong numerical skills.

> Confident with Excel and other Microsoft packages.

> A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

IT Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

> Ensuring all IT system needs are meet throughout the business.

> Monitoring and reacting to server & networked systems including VIOP.

> Liaise with other members of staff to enrich and develop the existing IT systems.

Semi-skilled Maintenance Operative

Job Summary / Key Responsibilities:

> Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance activities as per our C Works electronic maintenance system.

> Work safely by carrying out safe systems of work, isolation of equipment prior to investigating faults.

> Seek guidance and instructions when unsure of how to address maintenance and breakdown activities.

> Carry out maintenance on all plant and equipment across the CAG site.

> Carry out oil checks on plant /equipment

> Lubricating and greasing equipment in line with PPM requirements

> PAT testing

Field Services Engineer

Job Summary/Key Responsibilities:

> Carrying out such tasks and duties as directed by the Field Services Manager and Technical Director that are designed to develop levels of performance and competence for future progression.

> The Company will provide all relevant training required for the role.

> Become a key driver of product development of both existing and new products and systems.

> Provide support to product testing, in-house and with external test houses / certification bodies.

> Provide support to Apprentice Field Services Engineer(s).

> Experience of the roofing and cladding industry, and understanding of all types of roof and wall cladding is essential with the ability to demonstrate a high level of expertise.

> Have experience of dealing with customers, specifiers, main contractors etc, at all levels, with the aptitude to communicate well and build strong relationships.

> Be able to assess the needs of others to promote the products or services to suit both the customers and company requirements.

> Be hard working and self-motivated with an ambition to succeed and progress.

> Excellent IT skills.
