At CA Group we’re proud of the ongoing investment in new machinery and processes to continually improve our service, capability and efficiency as well as increase productivity and capacity.

Originally installed in 2007, our robot was first introduced to overcome manual handling issues of heavier gauge large girth fabrications, and has continued to provide an excellent solution for forming the metal skins of our insulated gutters.  

In 2025 we have invested in three new brake press machines, two of which can run in tandem to manufacture flashings and pressings up to 8m long.

Investment in plant and equipment is a fundamental part of the CA Group long-term manufacturing strategy, with several new initiatives planned that will further enhance our operations.
