Founded in 1983, independently owned, an Employee Benefit Trust and home to some of the most experienced construction personnel in the industry. We’re a unique collection of companies that comprises CA Building Products (CA BP), CA Roofing Services (CA RS), CA Refurbishment Projects (CA RP) and CA Specialist Cladding Systems (CA SCS) to make up one of the most technically advanced, building envelope specialists in the UK.

Neil Alderson

Group Managing Director

Neil joined CA Group in 1997, a Business Management graduate he's held many senior company positions, including Commercial Director. He became Managing Director of Building Products in 2016, since leading the division through sustained strategic growth and development and further establishing BP as an innovative, quality-driven, customer-centric organisation.

Stuart Brown

Managing Director - Contracting

Stuart joined CA Group in 1999, working within the Building Products and Technical teams gaining extensive product knowledge and site experience that he combines with his Civil Engineering training. He has held many senior company positions, including Group Technical Director. He became Managing Director in 2022 responsible the contracting divisions including CA Roofing Services and Attain BES.

Andrew Dickinson

Group Sales & Marketing Director

Andrew has extensive experience of working in large manufacturing corporations with 25 years gained in the 'building products' sector, developing sales, key accounts and UK and international business partnerships. Joining CA Group in 2020, Andrew strengthens the commercial focus of the Board and is primarily concerned with building and forging client relationships and growing opportunities.

Paul Johnson

Group Finance Director

Paul, a chartered management accountant and specialist within the manufacturing sector, joined CA Group in 2004. Paul provides strategic and financial guidance and analysis to ensure the company’s financial commitments are met and has overall responsibility for the management of key financial data, company-wide budgetary control and preparation of financial statements for the group of companies.

Martin Lowther

Operations Director - Contracting

Martin joined CA Group in 1985 and held a number of managerial positions within the Building Products’ Division before being appointed Operations Director in January 2011. On October 1st, 2015 Martin became Director of Supply Chain and Special Projects for the Group. On May 1st, 2019 Martin became Operations Director for CA Groups Contracting Division.

Steven Forster

Strategic Project Director - Contracting

Steven has worked in the roofing and cladding industry for more than 30 years. He joined CA Group in 2001, and was appointed Strategic Project Director in January 2023.

Henry Agnew

Henry was one of the original founders of the Group. Upon retirement, he became a Trustee of the CA Group Employee Benefit Trust. Henry retains an active interest in the company and is well placed to share his many years of experience in the roofing and cladding industry.

Neville Colegrove

Neville was also one of the original founders of the Group and retired from the business in 2005, becoming a Trustee of the CA Group Employee Benefit Trust upon its creation in 2006. He is a well-respected figure in the roofing and cladding industry and retains a very active interest in the marketplace.

Des Webster

Des has over 25 years experience in manufacturing and complex project management environments. He joined CA Group as Finance Director in July 2006, as part of the plan to move the company into an Employee Benefit Trust (EBT). Des was appointed Group Managing Director in January 2011.
